This merger marks the second phase of a strategic plan from parent company Ballyvesey Holdings Limited to strengthen their market position and better expand their capabilities.
The journey began in 2024 with the successful merger of Contract Plant Rental, Norwest Plant, and Genesis Equipment Sales to form Contract Plant. TDL Equipment’s transition into Contract Plant represents the next phase of this carefully planned consolidation, enhancing the company’s ability to deliver exceptional service, sales, and support to customers across the UK.
